To ensure your chrome manicure delivers a high-gloss, long-lasting mirror shine, follow these professional steps:

• Step 1: Preparation – Apply Very You Top No Wipe over your cured base color. Cure it in the lamp for approximately 30 seconds.
• Step 2: Application – Rub the chrome powder into the top coat while it is still warm, straight out of the lamp. Use an eyeshadow applicator or your fingertip, buffing until you achieve a smooth, liquid-metal mirror finish.
• Pro Tip: If you notice any bald spots on the surface, wipe the nail with our dehydrator or 70% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) until it feels squeaky clean, then rub the powder in again.
• Step 3: Filing – This is the ultimate step for chip-free durability. Gently file the free edge of the nail to remove any excess powder from the very tip.
• Step 4: Dusting – Use a very soft dust brush to remove excess particles. Be gentle to avoid scratching the freshly created mirror surface.
• Step 5: Sealing & Longevity – For maximum wear time, apply Very You Acid-Free Primer strictly to the free edge of the nail and let it air dry. Finally, seal the entire nail with a layer of Very You Top No Wipe, making sure to cap the free edge completely. Cure for a full 60 seconds.
