Store Regulations

§1 General Provisions

1. The owner of the Website at www.veryyou.eu is VERY YOU SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in NOWOGARD, WOJCIESZYN 32, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) by the District Court SZCZECIN-CENTRUM, XIII Commercial Division under KRS number 0001141560, NIP: 8561938185, REGON: 540306962, share capital: 48,000.00 PLN.

2. These Regulations define the rules for using the Website, including the scope of electronic services, order placement rules, technical conditions, methods of concluding distance contracts, payment terms, delivery conditions, and complaint procedures.

§2 Definitions

• Price – The value in monetary units that the Client is obliged to pay to the Seller.

• Working Day – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Delivery – The delivery of Goods to the Client by the Seller.

• DSA – Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

• Client – A natural person, legal person, or organizational unit intending to conclude or having concluded a Contract with the Seller.

• Consumer – A natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity.

• Entrepreneur on Consumer Rights – A natural person concluding a contract related to their business, but where the contract is not of a professional nature for them.

• Regulations – These store regulations.

• Goods/Product – Any item or service subject to the contract.

§3 Electronic Services

1. Services: blog, contact form, newsletter, search engine, product filtering, and user accounts.

2. It is prohibited to provide illegal content (terrorism, child abuse, racism, or intellectual property violations).

§4 Conclusion of Contracts

1. Regulations are provided free of charge at the bottom of the Website.

2. A Contract is concluded when the Client clicks the button indicating an obligation to pay or upon clear electronic confirmation.

3. The Seller will confirm the order via email.

§5 Price

1. Prices are gross (VAT inclusive). The Seller is a registered VAT payer.

2. The "Lowest Price" displayed refers to the lowest price in the 30 days preceding a price reduction (Omnibus Directive compliance).

§6 Orders and Payments

1. Orders are accepted 24/7.

2. Payment methods: Cash on delivery (courier), Bank transfer, or Electronic payment via Przelewy24 and Shopify.

3. Payments must be made immediately after ordering unless the Offer states otherwise.

§7 Physical Products

1. Orders are shipped within Poland and internationally (where selectable).

2. Goods will be dispatched within 14 days unless specified otherwise in the Offer.

§8 Technical Conditions

1. Required: Current web browser (Opera, Firefox, Chrome) and an active email account.

§9 Complaints (Warranty for Non-Compliance)

1. The Seller is liable for the compliance of the Goods with the contract under the Consumer Rights Act.

2. If Goods are non-compliant, the Client may demand repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal.

3. Complaints are processed within 14 days.

§10 Warranty

1. Certain Goods may be covered by an additional manufacturer's warranty as specified in the Offer.

§11 Right to Withdraw from the Contract

1. Consumers and Entrepreneurs on Consumer Rights have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason.

2. Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery.

§12 Returns

1. The Seller returns all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the notice.

2. Return Address: WOJCIESZYN 32, 72-200 NOWOGARD.

3. The Client covers the cost of returning the items.

§13 User Panel

1. User accounts are provided free of charge. Users may request account deletion with a 14-day notice period.

§14 Likeness (Image Rights)

1. By using the camera during webinars/online training, the Client consents to the recording and use of their image for educational and archival purposes.

§15 Copyright and Licenses

1. All materials (photos, texts, products) are protected by copyright. They are for the Client's personal use only.

§16 Payments

The payment card operator is PayPro SA Settlement Agent, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division under KRS number 0000347935, NIP: 7792369887, REGON: 301345068.

§17 Content Restrictions (DSA)

1. Illegal content is strictly prohibited.

2. Contact Point: A dedicated contact form for authorities and users to report illegal content is available at: https://www.veryyou.eu/pages/contact.

§18 Final Provisions

1. Force Majeure exempts parties from liability for non-performance.

2. Disputes: Consumers may use the ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

3. Applicable Law: Polish Law. Effective as of: September 12, 2025.

§19 B2B Provisions (Business Clients)

1. This paragraph applies to Entrepreneurs who are not on Consumer Rights.

2. Warranty (rękojmia) is excluded. No right to withdraw. Liability is limited to twice the Contract value.
